These terms govern your use of drawthelinepro.com ("the Site"), operated by Draw The Line ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing to DTL Premium, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
All content on the Site and in the premium membership - including macro reports, videos, the DTL indicator, trade alerts, portfolio transparency and any commentary - is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or asset. Any trade or position discussed is the personal opinion of the creator and not a guarantee of future returns. Trading and investing involve significant risk, including the loss of capital. Copying trades may be entirely unsuitable for your risk tolerance and financial situation. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and we accept no liability for actions taken based on information obtained through the Site or the premium membership. Consider consulting a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to access data or privileges that do not belong to them.
DTL Premium is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal (Manage premium) or by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period already paid. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Access to premium benefits is dependent on an ongoing premium subscription.
Because premium content is delivered immediately upon subscription, payments are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods or unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@drawthelinepro.com and we will review it.
Parts of the service rely on third parties: payments by Stripe, indicator access on TradingView, community access via Discord, videos via YouTube, and market data from public sources. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or accuracy. Indicator access requires a valid TradingView account (a free account is sufficient). Market data and prices shown on the Site may be delayed or inaccurate and must not be relied upon for trading decisions.
Premium content (reports, alerts, indicator access, Discord membership) is for your personal use only. You may not reshare, resell, scrape or redistribute premium content, attempt to bypass payment, or interfere with the operation of the Site. We may revoke access for violations without refund.
The Site, the DTL indicator, reports and all original content are our intellectual property. Subscribing grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use them - not ownership.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from use of the Site or premium membership. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
